Ozanne, Pierre

The younger brother and pupil of Nicolas Marie Ozanne, Pierre Ozanne assisted his elder brother and their sisters Marie-Jeanne and Jeanne-Françoise in their work as engravers. He succeeded his brother as artist to the navy. He later became a sailor and, at the time of his death, was a captain. Comment on works: Draftsman; Engraver; Painter; Views and Marines.
