  • Upload viruses or malicious code

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content and public domain artworks) are owned by Artheon and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Museum Content: Artworks and images sourced from museums are subject to the terms and licenses of their respective institutions. Many works are in the public domain, while others may have specific usage restrictions.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

6. Public Domain and Fair Use

We make reasonable efforts to accurately identify artworks in the public domain and respect copyright restrictions. We operate under the principles of fair use for educational and cultural preservation purposes. If you believe any content infringes your rights, please contact us immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform.
