Een mooi geklede en gekapte vrouw rijdt op een beest met zeven koppen en tien horens. Vanuit de hemel verschijnt een leger ruiters. Daarnaast twee engelen, van wie één een molensteen vast heeft. Rechts op de achtergrond is te zien hoe een stad in vlammen opgaat. Op versozijde Latijnse bijbeltekst in gotisch schrift in twee kolommen.
