Vier vrouwenhoofden met verschillende hoge kapsels, al of niet met hoofdbedekking. In het midden een kinderkopje met strooien hoedje. De tweede staat (n.a. RPK) is voorzien van nummers en benamingen van de kapsels: bovenaan links = 1: Coefage de Noce; rechts=2: Herisson; midden=3: Philantropine; onderaan links=4: Preservatif, rechts=5: Herison néglige.

Daniel Nikolaus Chodowiecki (1726–1801) was a German painter and printmaker of Polish-Huguenot descent who became the most celebrated graphic artist in 18th-century Germany.
