About Antoine Denis Chaudet

Born 3 March 1763; died 19 April 1810. Chaudet was a student of J. B. Stouf and E. Gois. He was awarded 2nd Prix de Rome in 1781 and 1st Prix de Rome in 1784. Chaudet was a teacher at the 'Ecole de beaux-arts' (Paris). French sculptor and painter. Comment on works: sculptor; painter
