Rechtsonder Clovis te paard tijdens de slag bij Tolbiac, rechtsboven Clovis die aan zijn echtgenote Clothilde belooft zich te bekeren tot het Christendom en twee scènes uit de legende van de Franse lelie (fleur-de-lis), linksboven Clovis voor het altaar, linksonder de doop van Clovis door Remigius. Onder de voorstelling twee kolommen tekst in het Frans, rond de voorstelling ornamentele randen. Gedrukt van meerdere blokken.
