Vier fragmenten in witte zandsteen met Hollands opschrift in Gotische letters met lijstwerk omgeven. Een van de fragmenten heeft aan de buitenzijde van de lijst een consolevormige figuur waarboven een bebaard mensenhoofd. Fragment A is het grootste stuk. Opgegraven te Utrecht bij het oude Minderbroederklooster
