Opengewerkte slotplaat van vertind ijzer. In basisvorm rechthoekig, versierd met vervlochten blad- en rankmotieven. Links onderaan een man met een soort wapenschild voor zich, waarin het sleutelgat is aangebracht. In de twee bovenhoeken vruchten aan een gecanneleerd blad.
