Battista Agnolo del Moro made this etching to reproduce the most famous painting by Renaissance artist Raphael in his hometown of Verona. Raphael’s composition depicts the Christ Child with members of his family: Joseph, Mary, Mary’s cousin Elizabeth, and Elizabeth’s son John the Baptist.
