Chuck Close
Chuck Close, born Charles Thomas Close on July 5, 1940, in Monroe, Washington, overcame significant early challenges including undiagnosed dyslexia, prosopagnosia (face blindness), a neuromuscular disorder, and nephritis that sidelined him from school.
